Calling all Raptors fans and aspiring ballers! A new content series called the 6ix Boroughs Skills Competition is now casting participants and those who are picked will be given a sweet chunk of change.
The casting call is seeking basketball players from Toronto between the ages of 18 and 35.
The participants must reside in one of the six Toronto boroughs — we’re talking about North York, East York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, and Toronto proper.
The series is in search of passionate Raptors fans who “have sick skills when it comes to ball,” the casting says.
One player from each of the six Toronto boroughs will be chosen to face off against their local rivals in a one-day skills competition.
No prior acting experience is necessary, just love for the Raptors and skills on the court.

Chosen participants will each receive $500 for their time. However, the real prize will be given to the winner.
The overall winner of the skills competition will be given a Raptors prize pack and an (unofficial) endorsement deal with a sports hydration company.
For the application, you will need to fill out some basic questions about yourself and select the borough you will be representing.
You will also have to submit some photos and a self-tape, as well as a video that demonstrates your basketball skills.
Participants have until 5 PM on Tuesday, May 23rd to submit their application and must be available on June 23rd or 24th for the competition.
